Environmentally-focused @ UU
- Environmental & Sustainability Studies - strives to foster an understanding of ecological systems and the consequences of human-environment interactions. This undergraduate curriculum is rooted in interdisciplinary approaches from earth systems science, humanities, and social and behavioral sciences.
- Office of Sustainability - integrate(s) sustainability as a core principle throughout operations, research, and education at the University of Utah and to support initiatives that cultivate the campus as a living laboratory. OSS hosts a podcast, runs the Edible Campus Gardens and the U of U farmers market outside the Student Union.
- Wallace Stegner Center including the Environmental Dispute Resolution Program
- Wilkes Center for Climate Science and Policy strives to provide transformative, integrative, and cutting-edge science, education, entrepreneurship, and practical solutions to tackle climate change in Utah, the United States, and the globe.
Academic Resources @ UU
- The Marriott Library offers free classes, workshops, services, and spaces. Their Canvas course for all graudate students is a great starting place. EH library liasison, Jessica Breiman, is available to suggest resources and help with student research and projects. She maintains the Environmental Humanities subject guide and includes an excellent set of WRTG 2010 resources for TAs.
- The Graduate School's Graduate Resources Hub
- The University Writing Center offers review of graduate student papers, and access to the Graduate Student Reading Room at Marriott Library.
- The Office of Software Licensing offers free MS Office, Adobe and Zoom products to students, staff & faculty and reduced rates on other software.
